HOW WE WORK
Initial Walkthrough
We personally meet you at your property to do a walkthrough. If you don't live in the area, no worries! As long as we can get into the property we can do our own walkthrough.
Purchase Agreement
Once we agree on a price for the property with you and sign-off on a purchage agreement, our lawyers begin processing paperwork for the transfer of title.
Closing
After the title company deems the property is free and clear of any taxes and leins, we hold a closing and pay you for the property. This is the part where you get paid!
